Sonic 1 - YOLO Edition

Sonic 1 - YOLO (You Only Live Once) Edition is a harder version of Sonic The Hedgehog 1 for Sega Genesis.

- You start off with one life only.
- All the rings are removed.
- All monitors are now Eggman Monitors, which will kill you when broken.
- Checkpoints are removed.
- The score system is staying at 0, which means no extra continues.
- There are no extra lives or shields.
- The debug mode is turned off.
- If you try to skip to the next Zone by using the level select code, it will start you off in Green Hill Zone Act 1.
- If you die once, then it’s Game Over.
- The only way to cheat is to use Game Genie codes or using save sates on an emulator.

Good luck trying to beat the whole game without dying once.
