The Realm Reborn

White Mage – (Conjurer 30, Arcanist 15) Camp Tranquill, North side of camp but use jump over to the boulder next to the northern entrance trail

Black Mage –(Thaumaturge 30, Archer 15) Ul’Dah, Steps of Thal, Milvaneth Sacrarium, use Aethernet to Weaver’s Guild and head Southwest

Dragoon – (Lancer 30, Marauder 15) Coerthas, Observatorium, South of Camp Dragonhead

Bard – (Archer 30, Pugilist 15) South Shroud, Southwest of Quarrymill

Monk –(Pugilist 30, Lancer 15) Ul’Dah, you can utilize the Aethernet to go directly to the Goldsmith’s Guild

Ninja - (Rogue 30, Pugilist 15) Limsa Lominsa,
It’s important to note that you cannot start the game as a Rogue. If you wish to rush to Ninja, begin the game as Pugilist (as It’s the secondary class requisite) and Rogue requires you to be at least level 10 in any class.

Summoner – (Arcanist 30, Thaumaturge 15) Old Gridania, Spkallu Falls, you can use the Aethernet to Lancers Guild and sprint to the West

Scholar - ( Arcanist 30, Conjurer 15) Limsa Lominsa, Upper Decks, Maraurader’s Guild, you can take the Aethjernet to Coral Tower

Warrior – (Marauder 30, Gladiator 15) Costa De Sol, head North from the Aetheryte to the waterfall

Paladin – (Gladiator 30, Conjurer 15) Ul’Dah, Chamber of rule – Jenlyns – use Aethernet to Chamber of rule and then head Southeast

Heavensward

All the three new jobs need to be Level 50 combat class (DoW or DoM)

Dark Knight – (Gladiator to Paladin) To unlock the job, you must first gain access to Ishgard. This can be done by completing Coming to Ishgard.
Once you have it unlocked, speak with the injured NPC in the pillars at X13-Y8. Complete their quest to unlock the job

Astrologian – (Conjurer to White Mage) To unlock the job, you must first gain access to Ishgard. This can be done by completing Coming to Ishgard.
Once you have it unlocked, speak with the injured NPC in The Pillars at X15-Y10. Complete their quest to unlock the job

Machinist –(Archer to Bard) To unlock the job, you must first gain access to Ishgard. This can be done by completing Coming to Ishgard.
Once you have it unlocked, speak with the injured NPC in The Foundation at X8-Y10. Complete their quest to unlock the job!

Stormblood

Some only indicate the level 60+ quest locations. If you notice that your level 63 quest isn't listed, it's very likely that it's at the same spot as your 60 quest.
