Description
Number two in my Villa series.
Its another corner building with a custom made pond.

Right now the colors dont match the previous one because i've used a different method in baking them, I will rebake the textures for the first one to make them seem like one big building.

This is still a work in progress, the pond LOD looks really terrible and I intend to fix it in the future.

Stats:
Low Residential 4x4 corner
Tris; 2011 for the building 224 for the pond prop
Textures; 1024x1024 for the building 512x512 for the pond prop

Had to get rid unfortunately, the pond just shows as the transparent blue you see under glitched bridges and at the edge of the map unfortunately.

this asset caused a glitch everywhere it appeared in my residential neighborhoods

I really like this! i am hesaatnt to subscribe untill they are finished, because with my current computer for some reason adding growable assets really tanks the game. I can't wait to see this project when it's finished!
