This is a brilliant small FUNCTIONING cargo terminal. Whatever your industry or industries are, drop the props on the blank space. Add fork lifts, cranes, buildings, etc. Perfect for those small industrial areas or small town scenarios, and doesn't look out of place. Looks better than the default cargo hub. I love it.

There's just the shed and the silos (buildings not props) in the download. My pictures include-
