Lighting crash fix for AMD WITHOUT lowering settings. This Fix worked for me and I didn't see it online so I thought I'd put it out there.

If you have the new crimson drivers for an AMD card (The one that comes with the new minimalist flat settings panel). Do a clean uninstall using DDU (Just google it) and get the last set of drivers before crimson (15.11.1). The crimson drivers have been HOT GARBAGE ever since they came out so I wondered if they were to blame and it looks like they are, this fixed the crash to desktop without having to lower the lighting, which also works btw if you can't follow this guide for whatever reason but I didn't want to have low lighting since it's actually quite nice in this game.

If you have anyquestions about this guide feel free to ask, I may add more in the future this this probelm sticks around or if people are having trouble following my bare minimum guide.
