Wow, I used to stay in this hotel often as airline crew. Amazing to find a structure I've actually been in! Great work!

This building shows up in RICO as Tourism/Leasure which is from the After Dark DLC. I think that may be the issue since you don't own it.

If you wish to still use. You can save the asset locally without the RICO file that is included and it should work fine. Or if you know how to edit RICO files you can change it to commercial.

No dlc. It was def something with RICO. Loaded a couple saves, even a new map. Error went away when disabling this asset. Disabling RICO also solved it but I'm not sacrificing all the other rico assets for one that doesn't cooperate ya know. Hopefully you figure it out, best of luck.

The Null Error comes from the RICO mod. Try loading a different saved game before loading your main saved game.

I have been troubleshooting this for quite some time and there is nothing from my end that can fix it. Its between RICO and your saved game.

If you download this you will recieve the oh so common: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object [System.NullReferenceException]" every ten seconds. Save yourself five hours of investigating and don't dl

Can you fix it soon? It's the best hotel asset I could find, but it's broken.
