Sorry to hear that, here's how you can change it:
1.Go into [steamfolder]\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\664652116\Config
2.Open XComContent.ini with a text editor, find the line "Gender=eGender_Male"
3. Change it to "Gender=eGender_Female"
or if you want it available for both sexes and SPARKS then "Gender=eGender_None"

The only con to this mod is that its only available for male soldiers :steamsad: I subscribed for the soldier I made after my best friend, who does the best Meatwad impression.
