Drip Drip 100% Achievement Guide

General Information

In order to get all the achievements, you will need to play through the game once and then repeat the last level (or the last few levels) several times to get the achievements that require you to collect a certain amount of money/drops/repairs etc.

Level rewards

At the end of a level, the player receives one star for each of the following actions:

• Level finished
  
• All containers empty at storm's end
  
• Damage under 1/4 full
  
• Collected 1/2 of all drops
  
• No objects lost

Enemies and how to deal with them

• Ghost - move the object away from the ghost
  
• Lightning - move the object away from where the lightning will strike (indicated by the lightning buildup spark) - bear in mind that it can take a few seconds until the lightning strikes and you can move the container back
  
• UFO - move the object that is going to be "abducted" away from the tractor beam
  
• Witch Doctor - select the broom and then click on the Witch Doctor to chase it away before it can finish the rain dance and summon the Insane Lightning Storm

USA campaign

Good Student
Finish the tutorial.


First 5 Star
Earn a five star rating on any one of the levels in USA.


Twelve 5 Star
Earn a five star rating on any 12 of the levels in USA.


5 Star All Star
Earn a 5 star rating on all of the levels in USA.


Campaign Champ
Finish the USA campaign.


Extra Credit
Collect money twice during the tutorial.
How to: You need to empty any 2 containers out of the window (the tutorial forces you to empty one). Right at the beginning of the first tutorial level, you are asked to move a pan in order to protect it from the collapsing floor above it. Instead of moving it to another spot, just empty it at the closest window.

Individual level achievements

Pantastic
Use only the pan for catching water on the San Diego level.


Kettlantics
Use only the kettle for catching water on the Denver level.


Spongeanitis
Use only the sponge for catching water on the St. Louis level.


Barreling Along
Use only the barrel for catching water on Chicago level.


Buckethead
Use only the bucket for catching water on the Detroit level.


Garbage Day
Use only the garbage can for catching water on the Dallas level.
This achievement is for the Miami level, not Dallas. The garbage can is not available in the Dallas level.

Tips

• If you are having trouble with a level then play some of the earlier ones to level up objects even more.

Object Super Powers

Super Pan
Level up the pan to super power status.
Super power: The pan moves at very fast speed.


Super Kettle
Level up the kettle to super power status.
Super power: The kettle makes 25% more money.


Super Bucket
Level up the bucket to super power status.
Super power: The bucket will automatically empty its contents to the nearestwindow, when full.


Super Barrel
Level up the barrel to super power status.
Super power: The barrel holds twice as much water.


Super Garbage Can
Level up the garbage can to super power status.
Super power: The garbage can becomes invincible to threats.


Super Sponge
Level up the sponge to super power status.
Super power: The sponge soaks up water twice as fast.


Super Hammer
Level up the hammer to super power status.
Super power: The hammer is invincible to threats when fixing.


Super Broom
Level up the broom to super power status.
Super power: The broom is invincible to threats when sweeping.


Super Wizard
Level up the wizard to super power status.
Super power: The wizard's spells will last twice as long


Super Sump Pump
Level up the sump pump to super power status.
Super power: The sump pump can hold 1/4 a basement worth of water before disappearing.


Super Duper
Level up all objects to super power status.

Tips

• Leveling up the containers makes them move faster, hold/soak/suck more water and work faster, as well as make more money.
  
• Additionally, leveling up the hammer and broom will make them do their jobs faster.
  
• Leveling up the wizard makes it move faster, the spell area of effect increases, and the spells last longer.
  
• The sponge is great for stopping floors from collapsing.

Collecting money

Rich
Make 100,000 dollars.


Stinking Rich
Make 250,000 dollars.


Filthy Stinking Rich
Make 500,000 dollars.


Rotten Filthy Stinking Rich
Make 1 million dollars.


Dirty Rotten Filthy Stinking Rich
Make 2 million dollars.

Tips

• The last 4-5 levels award bonus money per each completion, so it's a good idea to farm them for these achievements (5 stars are not necessary in order to get the bonus): Honolulu - $50.000, Miami - $24.000, Cape Fear - $22.000, Charleston - $20.000, Atlantic City - $18.000
  
• Use the green scroll at the end of the level, during the Cloud Clearing phase to increase the money received from emptying the containers. This is also useful towards obtaining the Double Up achievement.

Collecting drops

Water Boy
Collect 100,000 drops.


Lake Boy
Collect 250,000 drops.


Great Lake Boy
Collect 500,000 drops.


Sea Boy
Collect 750,000 drops.


Ocean Boy
Collect 1 million drops.

Other collection achievements

Lazy Days
Empty 500 containers without moving them.
How to: Use the wizard's blue scroll to automatically empty the containers.


Double Up
Make 100,000 dollars extra when emptying containers.
How to: Use the wizard's green scroll to make all water dumped out of windows worth even more.


Blink Blink It’s Done
Fix 100 building problems automagically.
How to: Use the wizard's purple scroll to summon hammers and brooms that will automatically clean up and fix all the problems in the scroll's area of effect.


The Deflector
Deflect 100 threats.
How to: Use the wizard's red scroll to create a force field that blocks all threats like UFO, ghost, lightning, and witch doctor from entering the area


The Patcher
Repair 100 wall holes.
How to: Use the hammer or the wizard's purple scroll


The Fixer
Fix 100 floor holes.
How to: Use the hammer or the wizard's purple scroll


The Plumber
Repair 100 pipe holes.
How to: Use the hammer or the wizard's purple scroll. Note that not all the levels contain pipes, so you will need to find a suitable one (for example: New York usually has 4-5 pipe holes) or to replay the tutorial (1 pipe hole to fix)


The Cleaner
Clean 100 piles of rubble.
How to: Use the broom or the wizard's purple scroll


Pump It Up
Pump out 100,000 drops from the basement.
How to: Use the pump a lot

Special achievements

Split Second Cleaning
Save a floor from collapsing with the sponge.
How to: Let a puddle form on the floor by not collecting the water that drips in that specific spot (this takes a while) and keep a sponge nearby; when the puddle is big enough (indicated in red - the floor will soon collapse), move the sponge over the red patch and let it soak the water. This is much easier to achieve when the sponge is at max level since then it will soak the water faster.


Tricky Wizard
Make the wizard teleport.
How to: Select the wizard and click on one of the doors through which objects enter the scene.

A friend on mine gifted me this game as a new year's present and I didn't just want to add the game to my pile of shame. I devided to try it immidiately and I must say it is very addictive. Made by a very good programmer.

Sadly the game seems to be almost dead because no player are playing but I am happy to be one of the players.

Maybe the developer should lower the prive a little bit.
