AHAR, ALL Hair Colors for ALL Races... MERGED VERSION

Description
This mod takes all the hair colors unique to each race, for example the neon colors of an Argonian and opens them up as a possibillity to every single race, If you want to have a red headed nordic badass here you go, If you want a violet haired elf here you go, I don't judge your desire for strange and unusual hair I simply provide the means
Please send in screenshots (hunter9909@gmail.com) for me to use in examples, I hope this mod bring you some wonderful characters

This was one of my simple little mod ideas I thought would never get any downloads, and it didn't at first but then after a year or two I glanced at the workshop and imagine my suprise to see thousands of subscribers, recently we hit the mark of 11,000 and with that I decided it was time to merge it into one version, this should work with al races Vampire, Werewolf and Human
I will possibly add more hair colors if requested pls let me know if you find any bugs or issues
And I would like to say thank you for making this mod so successful

Does the color reskin affect werewolves? I'm looking for a werewolf reskin that works with the Growl werewolf overhaul, and I haven't found one yet.

@ScalesBloodShed I would presume so, I honesty haven't touched this file or skyrim in years and from what I'm aware its still functioning

Thanks! I was trying to find a mod to let me make some of my characters have weird hair, but I couldn't find one that worked. This one did, and it's even compatible with my hairstyles mod. :steamhappy:
