Overview of hidden cutscenes in the game.

D-Dog Misses Big Boss

• Try never returning back to Mother Base for a long time.
  
• You can also manually move the date and time of your console’s clock.
  
• This will trigger a cutscene where D-Dog is shown actually misses Big Boss if he has been gone for a long time.

Happy Birthday

• During the first main mission you can set your birthdate, if you play the game on your birthday, you will be called by Ocelot to return to Mother Base. Upon arrival, you willl be greeted with a happy birthday greeting from Diamond Dogs.
  
• If you have maxed your bond rating with Quiet, you will see an additional birthday scene.

"Snake, you stink!" and Shower Scene

"Snake, you stink!"

• Head out on a mission and find a dumpster.
  
• Take out your Phantom Cigar and smoke it for a few days till you see flies around you.
  
• Exit and return to Mother Base, have Quiet with you on the way back.

Shower Scene

• Make sure your bond with Quiet is at max. Same as above but return to Mother Base, have Quiet with you on the way back.

Raining Scene

• Make sure your bond with Quiet is at max. This can be done by completing missions with her.
  
• Return to Mother Base with Quiet while its raining.

GMP In The Red/Low Morale

Return to Mother Base while your GMP is in the negative.

Hidden character at Mother Base

• Finish a “Wandering Mother Base Soldier” Side Ops mission. You will receive a memento photo.
  
• Go to the third floor of your Medical Platform in Mother Base.
  
• Find the accessible door and enter the room to trigger the cutscene.
  
• Find all memento photos (11) to trigger another cutscene.

Nuclear Disarment

Nuclear disarmament Cutscene has been unlocked on Steam (by a bug?) and can be seen by anyone who is going to Mother Base.

• You must have completed Mission 31.
  
• You must not own or be currently developing a nuclear weapon. If you have any nukes in stock, you must dismantle them.
  
• Certain conditions related to nuclear proliferation must be met on the regional server for your corresponding gaming platform (PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PC(Steam)).
  
• All nuclear weapons on the regional server corresponding to your console or platform must have been dismantled. In other words, the amount of nukes on your platform's server must be equal to 0.

she was not using a sniper rifle, she had a full auto AR and switched to a sniper after.

One disturbingly wrong thing I saw in this B-day cutscene is with Quiet. She fired 83 bullets in full-auto mode from... Bolt action rifle? I know she has some super skills, but that's not one of her abilities. Otherwise she should tank Sahalantropous (however it is spelled) with AntiTank sniper rifle in 3 seconds.
