How to get past places where I got stuck

WARNING: Minor Spoilers.

Islands these are on. (So that you know if this will be helpful)
Withered Lands(Red crystal)

Introduction

This is the guide about the most difficult spots in the game. Hopefully this will help a few people.
If you are stuck somewhere or had a hard time somewhere, please tell me. These are just places where I had trouble, they aren't necessarily the only or the hardest.

Withered Lands

This is for the red crystal that is completly surronded by walls inside the cave. For me, this was hard because I had bombed everywhere(or so I thought) hoping to remove the wall. You do actually bomb, but at the entrance. Just enter, walk to the right side with a bomb in hand, and place it on the wall.

Hermit's Island

You finish the first dungeon, and the hermit with his seashell says that he needs you to pick something up for him. You go to Hermit's Island, read the note, and talk to him. His wording confused me making me think that he wants me to get a package that would help me to get inside the well.(What he really means is get inside the well, there's a package inside) Whether it confused you or not, how do you get inside the well? (You might have talked to him again, and he says that you can't just climb in. That's also why I thought he wanted me to go get something) Well,(get the pun) the answer is that you don't need anything, just go around the house past Teppo's grave and into a small cavern. Go through that and up top at the picnic spot, climb down into the well.

Island of Whispers

The Island of Whispers is completely optional, but it is annoying to have 3/4 of a heart piece and knowing that it's on that island. The heart piece is under a lone blade of grass in the beach portion of the dock with a chest right next to the town. Simply bomb the wall in between you and the beach.

[An Easy Target]

I hope you don't mind, but I'm stuck in a place, and would like to place a request.

I'm stuck in the Abandoned Mines on Bomb Island. I can't get back up to the surface, and I've cleared the first block-pushing puzzle, only to find a second one that leads to a red crystal, with a chest just in sight that I can't reach.

If you could have mercy on a n00b and post a quick guide for that, I'd appreciate it.

I assume you are talking about the blocks. If so, after reseting, go around on the right, push the block behind the man in the area that is one block lower and line it up with the spot between the top and the man, then push the other block that is on the lower level on top of the first and then past it into the hole. It will open the way for the two blocks back at the top. I hope this helps.

Good question. Sorry for any spoilers. After Sky Island, go to Tikarel, and there will be someone by the sign right off the docks. After talking to him, you will find a pole with a book on top by Meeto's house. Bomb the pole. The book will add the Island of Whispers to the world map.
