Skull of Corruption - Oblivion Style

Description
This mod adds a new enchantment to the Skull of Corruption that is more similar to its enchantment in Oblivion:

"Cast on people to create a corrupted clone that will attack anything nearby for up to 30 seconds."

I intend to upload this to the Nexus soon as part of my Improved Artifacts collection; I'm releasing it here now for Steam users. Leave a comment with any questions; as of now (having tested thoroughly), I'm unaware of any bugs but do let me know if you encounter any!
