If you would like to stay in same team, after doing this, you need to make sure, that your team has same or less players than the other team.

Swap

Go to spectator gamemode. To do this, press "." and click on that little TV.

Rejoin

Join back to your previous team.
And yes, all your stats will transfer, but you will get rid of all dominations (people who dominate you AND people who you dominate).

Maybe you dont want to see people dominate you, or you could want to dominate someone again...
