Empty plot (overgrown)

Description
Just an empty plot of land with an abandoned hut and a little shack, fenced in and overgrown with tall grass. Very useful to fill up some empty space in your city.
I tried to keep the amount of Workshop props limited, so the list of dependencies stays small.
The footprint is 12x6.


This asset is purely cosmetic, so it doesn't:
- use water or electricity;
- generate pollution or trash;
- provide entertainment;
- attract tourists.

And the kicker: for just 500 Simoleons (about $25.000 according to current exchange rates ;) a pop all this awesomeness can be yours!

Yup, I have plans to make a few more plots of various sizes.
If you don't feel like waiting, it's very easy to create plots like this yourself directly in-game: all you need are the required items listed to the righht and the More Beautification and Prop Anarchy mods, which allow you to place props in-game where-ever you want.
