I need a shorter name.
Anyway, this guide contains a list of every song on the UNDERTALE soundtrack, with information such as where does it appear in the game and what other tracks are INSIDE it.

This songs that plays at the special thanks credits scene is the only original song Toby made after finished programing the game.
It starts as a remix of SAVE The World but near the end, there is a remix of:
  • Snowdin town
  • Metal crusher
  • Dog Song
  • Power Of -NEO-
  • Temmie Village

There are probably more songs there, I spent an hour on this track and I will be glad if you can invest on it too.
