Etna's Story Secret

A secret to get a little more lore out of the game. (Etna's room.)

The First Switch

As in the PSP version, there is a way into a secret room (Etna's room) inside the castle. Entrance is gained by pressing two hidden switches and can be done immediately as you gain control of Laharl. Note that these switches can be activated at any time and in any order. There is no need to start a new game or press them in this order.

When you begin moving, the next room you will enter is the throne room. There is a switch on the backside of the throne. Press it.

The Second Switch

The second switch is located in the shop area (third room from the starting room.) There will be a quick item shop tutorial if you have not encountered this already. Then activate the skull on the counter. It is the next hidden switch. This is the last switch that will open Etna's room.

Enter Etna's Room

Etna's room is located in the hall in between the shop room and throne room. In the top corner of the lower floor of this room there is a slightly discolored section of the wall. Press it and Etna will make her excuse to be alone and enter her room.












Inside her room you can listen to diary entries about her past as her memories return. More entries are added as you progress in the story and adds a lot more depth to her character and motives in the game.

Oh, I discovered this by accident, I believed there was more switches after going into etna room but I guess that's it XD.

Put mouse on New Game, then click keboard on following: i J L i J L K, then can play chapter etona. It's the same as the circle, cross, square and triangle of PSP version.
