HK416 and HK417 Variants

This mod adds an HK416 IAR (M27 IAR) squad automatic weapon and HK417 designated marksman rifle. Their properties can be customized in the XcomCV_HK416IAR_HK417DMR.ini file - by default, it's exactly the same as the base weapons.

Those are new weapons which don't replace any other weapons. They are fully customizable, just like the original weapons, and feature some custom attachments.

Both weapons are the HK416 rifle model modified by me. The "base" HK416 can be found here.

The hand might seem too low in the deployment/armory menu, but it's fine on the missions.

In the future I'd like to add proper UI icons, right now they use the same icons as the default rifles.
