Infinite Candlelight Spell (Toggleable)

This mod adds two Spells: Infinite Candlelight and Dispel Infinite Candlelight.

They can be found in a "Barrel 'O Goods" on the right side of the road as you enter Riverwood.

One creates a slighty more intense candlelight that will last for 999 in game days, the other dispels it, neither have a base cost or level to cast or give experience.
