Best Ruler Stats

Description
Updated to 1.20.*
Ironman compatible: NO

Every time when you have ruler with stats lower than 6\6\6 event will change it.

Works only for Players.

ATTENTION:

This mod will work even if it outdated.
So you should leave your feedback ONLY when your rulers stat's wont change, that's means that Paradox changed syntax.

@Michael Spit Facts Try Max Ruler and Heir Stats does the same thing but also changes heir.

Okay so I'm gonna drop this note for anyone else who had my issue. Didn't work for some reason. Toggled the mod on, off. Restarted the game numerous times. Never worked until I unsubscribed from the mod. Only then did it register that I could actually activate the mod. Found that on accident. Once I subscribed to the mod again it didn't work. Unsubscribed. Then it worked. Not sure why that had anything to do with it actually working but... hopefully this helps.

Mod is not working for me. I have no other mods, just this one but nothing changing. Been about a year, waited for the event but nothing.
