A short history

The Mile High Club was a floating adult entertainment venue in Panau(Just Cause 2), which tended to float around North East Panau(in game it stayed absolutely still). The Club was one popular particularly with the Roaches faction, and features in a Roaches Faction Mission(Rico ends up defusing a bomb, hidden below deck).

The bomb onboard may well have been the cause for the wreckage of the Mile High Club, one of the many Easter Eggs in Just Cause 3.
