Restore it with TTS Mod Backup: https://www.nexusmods.com/tabletopsimulator/mods/263?tab=files
I would like to recommend the author use this as well to get every file into their cache, use the new Cloud Manager in Tabletop Simulator to 'Upload All Loaded Files', and then open up TTS Mod Backup and use it to upload assets to Steam Cloud hidden away in bags and the like.
You can just change -4473282.0 to 10, then when you load the game up you'll be able to delete the broken asset.
I recommend doing this because objects that have fallen through the world can causing the Loading bug, where 'Loading' appears on the screen after an Undo and never goes away.
