Description
Various mutators for modifying weapons, gameplay and server administration.

Most of the mutators can now be configured from within the game (when you run Bootcamp or a Listen Server), or by editing UDKGame/Config/UDKMutatH0r.ini (for dedicated servers)

Not sure if anyone is still active on this project pack but if there a compiled mutator pack that gives the Combo stingray weapon like the Shock Rifle from UT2K4 then I'm certain players from that game would try out toxikk. Theres a decent amount of regular players in that game but they wont try toxikk unless the game play is the same as what they are playing. Theres only a couple mutator settings needed and Shock Combo is 1 QuadJump is another and 3rd would be MultiDodge. I dont know much on compiling or coding but I'm attempting to add these to toxikk so at least I can play that game with these weapons/settings....

Today's update fixed the Damage Plumes mutator so it also works for spectators and on listen servers (server hosted from within the game).

New Mutator "Tick Rate".
It's designed to be used on dedicated servers and allows clients to see how many ticks the server processes (= server FPS). If it's not stable at 60, you know the server is underpowered and lagging.
