Após muita pesquisa, trago um pequeno tutorial para aumentar o FPS, principalmente nas batalhas, esse tutorial ajudou muito, espero que ajude vocês também xD

Passos / Steps

O jogo fica testando todos os dispositivos compatíveis com HID para um controlador. Esses testes acabam afetando o desempenho do jogo.

The game is testing all HID-compliant devices for a controller. These tests end up affecting the performance of the game.

Vai até o Painel de Controle depois procure Gerenciador de Dispositivo
Go to the Control Panel then find Device Manager



Agora em Dispositivo de Interface Humana
Now in Human Interface Devices



De acordo com a imagem abaixo, apenas desativar os dois itens indicado na imagem.
According to the image below, just disable the two items shown in the picture.

*Desativar e não Desinstalar.

*Disable and not Uninstall

Os Dispositivos de Interface Humana são quaisquer dispositivos de entrada humana controlado que utiliza o USB como barramento (Ex: Teclado e Mouse)
Human Interface Devices are any human-controlled input devices that use USB as a bus (eg Keyboard and Mouse)

Depois reinicie o computador e realize o teste.
Then restart your computer and perform the test.

*Após jogar, é recomendado ativar as opções novamente.
*After playing, it is recommended to enable the options again.

**Caso jogue no teclado, pode desativar a opção de controle.
***Não desativar outras funções.

Isso aí, tem muita gente que fica com um pé atrás quando tem que mexer nessa parte mais "técnica" do pc, pq simplesmente não entende :D

Esse jogo é muito mal otimizado, postei está dica porque foi a única que funcionou comigo, chegou até 30 fps em batalhas e isso ajudou demais, bom jogo e boa sorte ae :D

Eae Cara, você realizou o tutorial e reiniciou a máquina ?

Aqui infelizmente não funcionou, durante os CG´s fica em 60 FPS, mas durante o game e as batalhas fica travado nos 19,9 FPS, mas mesmo assim, to jogando até que de boa !!!
