I recommend starting the collectibles once you reach the point in the story where you go back to Main Street and are forced to pick up Maggie's Letter #13 as part of the story.

I just beat the game, and I don't know what these anomalies are. I never found one because I didn't know they existed.

106.7 was the only one i couldn't find on my own. The rocks are slightly hidden and i ran past them several times before seeing them on this guide.

Excellent guide, thanks for posting the video walkthrough along with it! The Relay Point anomaly was definitely the hardest to spot, spent a few hours looking around over and over again before 'giving up' and looking for a guide. This is, of course, after having scoured every single part of all the paths with the radio open and watching the dial for the color change, I must have kept looking away elsewhere on the screen at this point to have missed each time.

As Mandrake mentioned, the second letter you collect in the video (#4) was beside the entryway to the Antique Shop for me. This discrepancy must be a difference between PC version (what I'm playing) and XBox version (what I'm guessing you're playing), so my only suggestion would be to make a note in the list above.
