Yeah, I like writing advertisement-style descriptions - gives me a chance in this game to play not only God and mayor, but real-estate huckster as well! I'm inspired by newspaper ads in the late 1800s that read like infomercial scripts of today: "DON'T GET LEFT AGAIN! THE ONE GREAT OPPORTUNITY OF A LIFE TIME is rapidly passing at FAIRHAVEN, WASHINGTON, the Pacific Coast terminus of the Great Northern Railway. We can all look back and see where we missed it at Duluth, St, Paul, Denver, Seattle, Tacoma, and other western cities. But few such chances for quick money making will ever occur again...." (Ad from the 1880's - Fairhaven was later incorporated into Bellingham, Washington.)
I'll try it, looks nice.
