Is this game just as the new TableTop DLC?

One more thing. Dice colours in the mod don't match the ones mentioned in the rules. In the mod they are as follows:
Red - military
Blue - Build
Green - Exploration.

Also, you don't need the player mat, just use the counter for tracking Population.

Sure thing. Rules are here. Do note that there is no mutant track in this mod, so what you do is you add red cubes to the middle of the table and then when there are 4 (two or three players) or 5 (four players) cubes, the mutants attack.

One note: I have no rights to pictures or anything, so this is a mod I've made to show the game to a publisher. Should it ever be made into a real game, the setting would most likely be changed.

Any chance of putting out some rules? I don't really get how to play...
