The Fleeca-Job

Here is my guide for the first heist in gta online: The Fleeca-Job.
I played it a couple of times, so here are my tips how it will be fast and easy to get the money.

Overview

First of all: If you start this heist for the first time after you reached Rank 12, Lester will let you set up the Fleeca-Job for free, but remember, that´s just because it´s your first heist. After that all additional setups will cost you 11,500 $.
Now I give you a short view on the heist, so you can see what setups are necessary to start the final:

• Setup 1: Scope Out
  You have drive to the Fleeca-Bank and observe the building. Lester´s gonna find a way to break the security system.
  Time to complete this setup: about 12 minutes
  
• Setup 2: Kuruma
  You have to steal an armored vehicle (Kuruma) so that you can escape fast and without much damage after your heist.
  Time to complete this setup: about 5 - 10 minutes
  
• Finale: The Fleeca-Job
  In the final you and your partner have to drive to the bank, get the money and escape in the Kuruma.
  Time to complete this finale: about 11 minutes

Setup 1: Scope Out

This setup is very easy, there´s even no way to fail it. You and your partner have to drive with Lester to the Fleeca Bank. Lester shows you some details and gives you the plan to hack the security system in order to get access to the safe. After that you have to drive back to city to Lester´s factory, while the codriver practices hacking the security system of the bank. When you´re there you will get to know Paige, Lester´s assistent, and drive with her, Lester and your Partner back to your apartment. There Paige will write all details about the heist in your planning room on the whiteboard. Then you can start the second setup.

Setup 2: Kuruma

In this setup you have to drive to a parking lot in the city. There you drive to the roof, kill all enemies and steal the Kuruma. The easiest way to pass this mission is driving with a kuruma - yes, you drive a kuruma and steal a kuruma - because with a bulletproof car you won´t get any damage and can shoot the enemies very easily. If you have no Kuruma, this mission isn´t difficult, too, you have just to play slowly and pay attetion. Hide behind the cars on roof and take out all opponents one by one. No matter how you do this, with Kuruma or without, you have to drive back to Lester´s factory. On the way you have to deal with some more rivals, but that ain´t a problem with the stolen Kuruma. After you take the car under the bridge at garbage factory the setup is passed and you can start the final.

Finale: The Fleeca-Job

Time to earn money: The finale. At the beginning you have to drive to Lester´s garbage factory and take the Kuruma you put there before in Setup 2: Kuruma. Get to the Fleeca-Bank you scouted in Setup 1: Scope Out. On the way there the driller (codriver) has to hack the security system to open the save. At the bank the driver keeps the customers down and the driller opens the deposit box and takes out the loot. After that you escape with the Kuruma to the take-of-point and the Cargobob takes you out.
Congratulations!!! You did the Fleeca-Job.


Little thing to add: If you manage to fulfill all bonus challenges, you get extra 50,000 $
The bonus challenges are:

1. Complete the finale in 5.20 minutes or below
   
2. Nobody gets wasted
   
3. Car damage 6% or less

You need a Luxus Apartment that costs $200'000 or more. When you own one and reached Rank 12, you get a call from Lester. He wants you to meet him at his garbage factory. Once you where there, you can start the Fleeca Job.
