Not only can you wear it, the inside is a blank notebook. Whatever arcane magic you wish to record, the wearable Bombinomicon will keep it "safe" for you. That is, if it doesn't explode. Or, if you'd rather not write down illegal spells, the pages can hold whatever you desire!
