Sky Castle - Player Home

Description
This mod adds a player home near Riverwood. It's based on one of my previous mods (it uses a lot of its assets), City of the Gods. This however is just a (huge) player home in Tamriel. Fast, easy, no quests or hassle.

Contains:
- A lot of weapon racks (done in an original manner)
- A lot of mannequins
- All alchemy and enchanting stuff
- All smithing tools
- Two guard NPC's and a follower NPC
- Secret room (hint: water is not just for show)
- Bedroom etc
- Several 'Skyrim' scene displays. Reinacting stuff

Notes:
- The Secret Room doesn't do a lot atm, I'll be adding that
- Will be adding more NPC's, because they make the place more lively
- Key is on the table in front of the house
- Yes the house is big, because I like to be able to display my stuff, don't like small shacks.
- If there are bugs, let me know

Required:
- All Skyrim DLC. Why? Because I use the assets.
- ApachiiHair (to be fair, I wanted to make a version without, couldn't figure out how to afterwards)

Update 01:
- Added a room for castle staff, some floral decoration and changed the pedestals for the mannequins

Update 02:
- Added two extra guards. The guards now rotate shifts, eat, sleep, etc.
- Added tanningrack at the smithingquarters
- Fixed navmesh, fixed one pedestal

Hi i really like your castle, no crashes and working fine except when i enter the castle i get everything between 19 and 28 fps, while the rest of my game is 40 till 60 fps. It does give a nice cinematic feeling to it if your into that but im not. Gpu at 40% and 2.4gb vram used which is way too low, the rest of the pc isn't doing much too. The game normally uses around 90% gpu and 2.8gb vram and runs very nicely using gtx 1060. I do have 250 plugins and 270 mods active. Any idea why i have such a low framerate, and any fix? Cant enjoy the castle much from the inside this way. Ooh and the followers neck goes from skin color (head) to something near orange (body) at least in my game... Thank you for making this anyway.

Whenever I try to start my game with this mod active, it doesn't even make it to the title screen, disabling it fixed this entirely. It's a shame though, it looked like a cool mod.

Maybe you have another mod that edits the same area? I'm sorry but I haven't heard this complaint yet, and don't know what it could be. Check the screenshot of the map I put, and the video, it shows the location.
