I use this as a City Morgue with ninjanoobslayer's Medical Coroner vans.

@napiercpt. There is a sporadic issue with vehicles from services not spawning. I find it most commonly is because of limited road access. I frequently find I have to set up a dedicated road for SOS and Refuse vehicles - as well as Taxis, to deal with this issue. Try building an underground road connecting this building and the centre of your main city area, and use the Traffic Manager: President Edition to limit it to just service vehicles. Its a pain in ass, but it stops your city breaking down.

No matter what I do, it does not dispatch more than 2 hearses at a time. Anybody else? I've used "Enhanced Hearse", old and new aswell. Just 2 hearses...
