A v3 rocket works same as the v3 rocket in red alert 2. The rocket fly in a locus of nice parabola.
Have some mod assistance, provided they do not substantially modify the parts you can run properly in the game.

Controls:

2: Taut the track. (always do first after start)
T,G: left weels forward and backward
U,J: right weels forward and backward
Y,H: rotate the rocket up and down
1: launch the rocket (need to hold for 1 or 2 second)
