I've decided to make more massive employment buildngs for your Highly Educated (ed3) Cims. They all have 10 ed3 jobs per footprint square, and zero ed0 or ed1 jobs.

I have reduced "Attractiveness" to forestall the tourism-destroying attractiveness bug.
480 Highly Educated jobs.
Maintenance is 1000.
Radius is reduced considerably, as is Entertainment. After all, if you're using this, you have too many highly educated workers. The last thing you need is to upgrade all your residential even more.


University needs a Dean, and a huge staff. Seriously - default uni has like 100 employees for a 4500 student school? Maybe if the whole school was online. That's not even enough faculty, to say nothing of cleaning and maintenance. And then 17 layers of bloated administration!

So add some old college bloat. This is a Tax Office, rotated to face Right. It has a mirror:
