quick note: super human reflexes affects evasion chance, meaning negates damage(may also cause projectile deflection from metas, fireballs going wild), it's useful but iirc nothing increases it besides reflex implant and chance on creation roll, while critical hit affects odds of failed attacks and critically hitting something, can be raised by accuracy despite not being listed iirc and maybe eye implant...

so the usefulness of those two stats is.... higher than you seem to recognize...

Medkit Protip 2: if you enter your inventory after you use it, and drag it to a different inventory slot, it gets completely recharged. No need to be at an armory.
