Just tried a clean slate with no mods except offical ones. Still no hair. I am playing as a Female Dummer, Vampire, I forget what hair style but it is the one that has braids that meet in the back of her head. The thieves guild hood just makes her go bald and lets her wear multiple pieces of head gear. I downloaded your mod and it made no difference. Let me know if you need anymore info.
