This is a re-texture of the Phoneix Connection guys to resemble something similar to SWAT/Police style personell.
Do note that the first person arms are not accurate to the third person models. This is a result of all survivors sharing the same model/texture for the first person arms.
To fix this would mean to recompile the models themselves, which would be far beyon my skill level.

Can you do a reskin with this? Change the fatigues to tactical Olive Green and remove the police signs? If not, am I allowed to reskin this and upload it to workshop but will be sure to give credits to Sir Wolfington and you for giving me the file?
