Introduction
This is the guide for those who wants to use the webcam features but got crashed on startup and license menu.
This guide is originally from the FAQ for Beginners guide, but I'm making this guide to specify it so everyone can find the solution with ease.

After this guide, you can use webcam features in Burnout Paradise such as :
-License photo/custom pict.
-Mugshots.

It worked for the majority of webcams, but I can't assure a 100% guarantee on all webcams.

If you don't want to use the feature or if you had already solve the problem, you can ignore this guide :D
1. Download and Install ManyCam
Burnout Paradise have issues with webcam driver software resulting in game crashes, whether it's on startup or license menu. The only solution known to bypass this without getting the game crash is to install ManyCam.

ManyCam is a freeware program that allows users to have the ability to use their webcam with multiple chat applications simultaneously, such as Skype, Omegle, Chatroulette, MSN, or YouTube. It's basically a third-party application to set your webcam into a virtual webcam inside the program, not directly from the driver software.

You can use multiple source to set the webcam, not just only webcams, but also IP cameras, mobile cams, custom picture, videos, etc.

You can download ManyCam here.[download.manycam.com]
2. Setting your WebCam in ManyCam and Burnout Config.
After you had installed ManyCam, run the program, right-click at the little window beside the main window, choose camera, and choose your webcam to set it to the main window. :

If you wanna use a custom image instead (for your license picture),
Right-click at the same window, click media pictures and choose your picture :
Next, you can close the ManyCam window but be sure to check if there is a tray icon on the taskbar before you config the game.

Open the BPConfig, and set the webcam to ManyCam :
3. In-game Settings
After setting the ManyCam, run the game. Beware of crashes, just like I said it's not 100% guarantee. If you didn't crash, just enter Paradise City like usual.

Then, go to the game options, and set your webcam "On" (if it's still off, otherwise skip this step).

To check if your webcam is working, go to the Driver Details page (the driver license page), and then hit "2" on the keyboard. It will change to a photo booth like this :

Press enter to take photo for your license, and *poof* you got your license picture..
4. Mugshots
The Mugshots feature will be automatically enabled when you set the webcam settings on. It will automatically capture your webcam when you got Taken down in online modes.

Where is the BPConfig file? I've done a search on my system and it doesn't exist. I've looked online and the only one available to download looks nothing like the one pictured and doesn't have most of the settings either!

Does this still work in 2019? Pressing 2 does nothing for me.

nice guide, but with me it still doesn't work, I tried it with both webcam and with a custom image but in both instances burnout paradise still crashed. :steamsad:
