Extra Things to Consider

• Health Kits don't count toward the completion percentage.
  
• Each item that does count, contributes 3.1% toward completion.
  
• If you're looking to get the 100% achievement, it requires both 7/7 of the Hidden Messages read and 100% of the items.
  
• If you're only looking to qualify for the Completion Times 100% on the leaderboards, you only need to pick up the items.
  
• When beating the game with everything found, there's an extra scene in the end.

This guide at least represents 90% of the items in the game, and all of the secret rooms- I might have to do an extra run to confirm it's all items in the game.

The Forest

For the destructible wall on the bottom of the map, the trajectory of a grenade launcher is needed to hit the wall.

The Mining Facility

The hidden room with the grenade launcher (ammo) in it, requires a grenade launcher to destroy the wall.

Hecateum Mines

Buried Temple

Rightmost secret room needs grenade launcher to destroy the wall.

The Cathedral

Top leftmost secret room needs grenade launcher to destroy the wall.

Royal Baths

Secret room on the right needs grenade launcher to destroy wall.

Thanks very handy maps to use. Especially having the exit locations.
