Any one with a full map with markers and ALL secret rooms ?

I've found some secret rooms, but guess there are more !
The secret room with another secret room in it was really lame !

I've beaten the game, and I'm pretty sure I'm only missing a single secret room at this point based on the percentage left. Here's the maps I have, although I haven't gone through and marked anything yet.

If u have a rock, when u jump against a wall and throw the rock and get it back, it's reseting the "double jump" so u can infinite jump using this trick.

I personnaly find the mechanics of metroidvania aren't respected here... some rooms are just so random with no clue of where to hit the wall, it may call more upon luck than logic to find them...
Like the 2 in Cathedral... if you don't have the Grenade Launcher u can't even find them...
The upper and bottom left ones.
If you don't randomly shoot with GL u won't find it...
Seriously, the upper one, the wall is just in the middle of nowhere...
and the bottom one... you can't even throw a grenade at this place, there is no sufficent room to, plus when you look the screen, the wall is so large... all other hidden rooms are hid by thick wall, this one make more than half the size of your screen...

And you're limited with a 9 ammo Grenade Launcher while you can carry over 24 Hand Grenade... and GL's ammos are so rare to find... I think the last rooms are in a very random place like the ones in Cathedral...

There are so much square of the map you can't go... this is anormal for game of this genre.
I'm a little bit disapointed... it's the 1st time I need some help to find all the rooms... in other games there're always one or two room you're missing, but in Exile's End...
Would need a cheat to get unlimited ammo on GL and go through the all map again spamming nades...

I can confirm that this is the final room that was missing from the maps I posted previously, and now have 100% completion.

Does the completion percentage count against Health Kits that haven't been picked up? According to the game screen I got 93%. I got all the rooms, but I left some kits behind since I had full or enough health.

Health kits aren't counted towards the completion percentage, just upgrades and weapons.

Can someone post their full suit upgrades. I finished the game, found all but one secret room (thank you schmidde78 for that damn last one) yet i get only 93% completion and i miss 4th from the top suit upgrade... which is somewhat embarrasing. And i can't for the life of me think where could it be -_-

Each item is 3.1% toward completion. So you're missing two.
Myself I'm missing the 4th suit upgrade on the left side, and my map matches up with above so I think the upgrade isn't behind a destructible wall. I did another run to label item, obstacle, and message booth locations, and on that one it's 90% completed.

Off note, kind of weird stuff like the radio communication and double jump upgrade is displayed on the map overlay, but the Oxygen Recycler isn't.

So I got 100%, but I'm still missing that 4th upgrade on the left.

The 4th one on the left is actually the Oxygen Recycler, but there was a bug (that I've just fixed) preventing the icon from being displayed even if you had collected the icon. Thanks for bringing it to my attention!

Just back tracked trough everything and still got only 96.9% completion. By the way the boss in The Heart has respawned when i got there - so i got to kill him again and it droped Clerics medalion again, so that's obviously a bug. And yes rebreather was the same upgrade i was missing thank you for fixing that. I think i'll have to run the game from the start once more to get 100%. Maybe one of items didn't get counted or something, 'cause i literaly checked everything and the only place i couldn not revisit was grenade launcher point in the forest - the door is closed again and the lever is in "open" position -_-
