Disenchant Amulets of the Nine Divines

Description
This mod makes all of The Nine Divine Amulets unenchantable.
When enchanting with the blessings, they are impacted by your enchanting perks (including shout cooldown, my favorite of the new enchantments).

Q: Why did I make this?
A: Because I always believed they should be unenchantable.

Q: Why would I want most of them if there's already an enchantment for it?
A: Because, if your like me, when you make a character with a specific build and have the 'multiple enchantments' perk, sometimes there just isn't a second enchantment that goes well with your character and you just wish you could double up, and maybe you just haven't come across any equipment with those effects yet.

The blessings they produce are able to be put on equipment in the respected fields for what they do (shown below).

Akatosh: Magicka Regeneration -- Ring, Body, Head

Arkay: Fortify Health -- Necklace, Ring, Body, Shield

Dibella: Fortify Speech -- Necklace

Julianos: Fortify Magicka -- Necklace, Ring, Hands, Head

Kynareth: Fortify Stamina -- Necklace, Ring, Body, Feet

Mara: Fortify Restoration -- Necklace, Ring, Body, Head

Stendarr: Fortify Block -- Necklace, Ring, Hands, Shield

Talos: Reduce Shout Cooldown (A thu'um is a voice so I gave it the same restrictions as speech.) -- Necklace

Zenithar: Fortify Barter -- Necklace

There are unique items in the game that break these restrictions, so please don't cite them as ways I screwed up, because I didn't.

Please rate up if you like this mod (encourages me to continue making them).

smart idea to make the Fortify Shout enchantment on the necklace only. It would have been a bit OP to have it on more than one item XD

LoA - yep.

Heere... Mr. Modmaker, Sir?
Talos Blessing - why just for Necklaces?

there ae a plenty of Mask-mods out there
and in mind of that it make sense to add it to masks* , too.

its with high-lvl ench-skill OP anyways, so it seems just like a matter of taste...
but if i had an enchantable Mask, i would prefer the shouting through it.
(i'm a bit traditional ;DD)

*(/helmets...we shout through our mouth... that thing under the visor..
but, otherwise, the breath comes out of our lungs... can you follow my intention?)

@busoukogeki [FUG] I honestly don't remember, it was so long ago that I did this. I remember that I had to play around with a couple things for an hour or so before I figured it out.

how did you bypass the interger issue with the shout cooldowns? i have only managed to get it to go as 0 or 1 when players enchant it?

I can't Disenchant my amulets, Does this require a certain perk or skill level?
