Assorted Cheat Sheets for Bomb Manual Version 1
By Cypher
You're no longer a beginner at this game, but you want to become a much quicker Expert and/or Defuser. I put all my expertise to make alternative and faster methods for certain modules, though do use them at your own risk! For the game might become boring after you're done here.

Disclaimer
I already assume there is good communication between you and your partner(s), so there are no real communication tips here. Also I haven't written anything for Keypads, Wire Sequences and needy Knobs since I don't have anything to add over what's already covered in other guides to a better extent.
Normal Wires
Follow these logically equivalent and much simpler decision trees.
The Button
Use this logically equivalent table. The cell at the intersection of button color and number of batteries holds the list of questions you'll be asking, where the first that applies is the answer. Keep in mind indicators must be lit to count.
Example:
Bomb has exactly 2 batteries and the button is red.
Detonate OR Hold -> Press (If the button says either Detonate or Hold then press and immediately release the button)
Hold (Otherwise, hold the button and refer to strip color table)
Simon Says
Relay the pattern changes to your defuser as shown below and they should be able to solve it on their own.
Who's on First
For convenience purposes, here are both sheets alphabetically sorted where applicable and the unnecessary words were removed from second sheet.
Memory
Only thing worth mentioning is when it comes to remembering positions you only need to remember the positions of the first two stages. No sheets here.
Morse Code
You only need the first 3 letters at most to know the word and therefore the frequency, the following tree was drawn according to this. Start from the top and follow the path that matches the current letter the defuser relays.
Complicated Wires
I assume you already know that white wires have no real effect.
The Constants
The Expert and/or the Defuser have to keep these fixed decisions in mind, as they override the hints given in the next part.
Just White = Cut
Just Star = Cut
Red + Star = Cut
Just Light = Don't Cut
Blue + Star = Don't Cut
Red+Blue+Star+Light= Don't Cut

Special Hints
Whether the port, serial number and battery conditions are met or not can give rise to some special hints as shown below. Remember that the previously mentioned constants take priority over any hint.
Last Serial Digit is Even
Parallel Port Exists
2 or More Batteries on Bomb

Diagram
There are other approaches to making the decision diagram, below is one of them. Start from one of the four top color-coded squares, then follow the lines as required. They also follow the same color coding.
Mazes
The circle pairs are uniquely identifiable through either their columns or rows, so there is no need to ask for the full coordinates of both. No sheets here.
Passwords
I still haven't found a sure fire way to solve this quickly. My current attempt is detailed in a separate guide which can be reached here

That's what "Just White = Cut" implies, as in nothing else there such as LED or star. Sorry if it wasn't clear.

White wires actually shouldn't be cut if the have a LED on.

@findanegg...that's what they imply, but they're all the same. it's always the same version of the manual.

optimization also is somewhat part of the game because you have to be somewhat fast to clear some of these so coming up with methods are part of the fun and I think it doesn't fully ruin the point of the game

This is a neat post and all, but it completely ruins the point of the game.
IDC what other people do, but for my games and my friends, we won't use something like this b/c it'll make things stupid easy and there's no real sense of achievement or reason to play the game at that point.

I do, however, respect the time and effort that went into this. Well done on the execution.

Yess, I'm glad to see someone using that diagram for Simon Says! I wound up making a chart extremely eerily similar to yours above, just on my own! And I'd never seen it anywhere else so I thought about sharing it but I'm glad to see someone else with the same Idea :)
Oh, for passwords, my experting partner says he likes the flowchart we made. It's literally a letter-by-letter tree-style flowchart that lays out all the options password has. He likes it, dunno if it's for everyone.

If you think this is cheating, go gets some mods

Passwords are sorted alphabetically from left to right (I didn't realize this as I always go top to bottom with lists), and the following letters can never be the first letter of the password: D, I, J, K, M, Q, U, V, X, Y, Z. I've penciled them into my physical copy of my manual for parties.

This is fantastic, thanks. Any chance of a complete and ready-to-print PDF with your hints overlaid or replacing the originals?
