allows to edit and show custom text on arrowsigns and chests

Text can be added to:
--Directional Sign (Arrowsign)
--TreasureChest
--IceBox
--Dragonflychest
--LargeChest
--LargeIceBox
--Freezer
--Deep-Freezer
--Cellar

You can edit the Text , choose Color and Postion.
All players will see the text.

SthElse:

-------------------------------------------------------
Text added will be invisiable when in darkness, such as caves and night.
So you have to lighten the sourroundings to see.

DST-SignPlus is competible with Fast Travel

只要加了洞穴，或者说dedicated_server有运行，编辑时就会出现someone is editing ,I should wait。看来是用不了了

今天和基友开黑遇到了他闪退的bug，排查了几个小时终于排查到是这个mod导致的。

当时的操作是建了个箱子然后放在比较靠近海的位置，给箱子命名，结果导致基友进游戏立马闪退。

后面关了这个mod就马上好了。感谢作者辛苦开发mod，但是也给后面使用该mod的小伙伴提个醒~

I'm Korean player and have used this mode for a long time. At some point I couldn't use Korean characters.. but English works normally. plz correct this
