Man with the Golden Gun Achievement Guide

Struggling to get 100% achievements in PD2? Alredy tired of looking for easy ways to get them? Let me give you a hand with this one.

Introduction

Let's start with the achievement. Man with the Golden Gun requires us to kill 6 Skulldozers using only Golden AK Rifle. As you probably know, Skulldozers value their time, and don't appear below Death Wish. Also, DW can be really tough, especially if you play alone, so is there a way to bypass joy of fighting with regular DW enemies, and focus on Skulldozers? Yes, there is. Well, kinda.

This guide is prepared for Mallcrasher. It will require using a glitch and a bit of grinding, so if you don't like it - sorry, nothing for you here. Why Mallcrasher? I will explain it - but later.

Requirements

Let's get started. Golden AK is a community weapon, which means you need to join Payday 2 steam group to be able to get it. Here it is

Good mods also can help, personally picked:
-AK Slavic Dragon Barrel (req. gage courier mod pack)
-Funnel of Fun Nozzle (same as above)
-Lightweight Rail (again...)
-Military Laser Module (:/)
-Ak wood grip (gage courier mod pack)
-Wide Stock (still...)
-Holographic Sight (base game!)
Using theese gives you -12 accuracy, but instead give you 36 stability and 6 Damage. I know, it seems as if you need to buy DLC. In fact, you don't. You can go with modless gun, and it still be ok. Later, I promise I will explain it.

Secondary - your choice. Good secondary should reduce your need for ammo bags from "in case of miracle" to "Actually Never". You will need a weapon for the very beginning of the heist, as most of the time you will be waiting for our dozer somewhere safe. My choice was Bronco .44 Revolver, with Flash Hider as the most important mod, as it could take down any non special enemy with a single headshot.

Melee - personal choice, but weapon butt is great if it comes to running through shop interiors. Just a hint.

Throwable - Dynamite or Frag grenade. If you know any way to quickly trigger wait for escape objective without BLAH BLAH BLAH. Just realised you don't need to complete the mission (in fact, odds that you will make it are second to none), and you will restart... and then restart again. So forget about objectives.

Perk deck - Grinder or Rouge. Only difference between them is deployable you need.

Deployable - Depending on your perk deck - Medic Bag or FAKs if using Rouge, or any if using grinder.

Armor - Suit is the best for this one.

Skills. Yeah, now we start with what is really important. If you have any spare skill profile, open it.
What we want, what we really need are:
-Swan Song Ace
Lol thats it. Optional skills (Using them may save your time or bullets needed to kill special enemies):
-Nine lives Aced
-Spotter
How did my build looked like?

Enfoncer and technican trees are empty, as it is build only for this achievement.
Final Setup:

Gameplay

Okay, you have skills, perks and guns ready? So let's do this then.
Buy (500k from offshore) or wait for the Mallcrasher DW on crime.net (offline is the best, as other players are useless for us now). Why Mallcrasher? It has one very special glitch, which we are going to use. Then buy one Gas Can (20k$) and start the heist.

Enter the Mall through the parking, left from the main entrance. Then mask up, grab the gas can, run to the gym at the top floor, and burn it. In 2 minutes (more or less), fire will reach gyms' office, creating a little safe heaven for you, where you will wait for skulldozer.
Inside, behind the counter will be small, square area, where fire won't hit you. So jump over the table, as the gap WILL be covered by fire, and will deliver damage. Stand where I stay on the picture below (actually, crouch. Crouching will make it almost impossible for cops to hit you):
Notice locked doors. If you leave them locked, cops will have to go around, through the gym in order to get to the area you are in. Unfortunatelly for them, fire will kill every sinlge one cop trying to reach you that way. Now, hunker down, and wait for our special guest - Skulldozer.
Peek from your safe zone from time to time (you can shoot some cops, especially if you want to replenish your HP using Grinder Perk Deck, but keep no less than one mag of your AK) so you can see if there's a Skulldozer around. If there's one, make sure there are no tasers or cloakers nearby, and attack him.
If you use build I suggested, you will "die" before you reach/kill the target. This is where Swan Song Aced comes in. You see, provided that your death isn't caused by Cloakers' kick or being tased by Taser, this skill will make you fight for 9 second as soon as your health reaches 0. Also, your mags are limitless - so you can just point your gun into dozers' face and hold Left Mouse Button till he drops dead. Only problem is - once Swan Song effect ends - you die. Then you restart - unless you have aced Nine Lives skill. 35% is quite small, but still a chance to get right back up if you get downed - so if you have it you may kill more than one skulldozer each try. In total, you will need no more than 6 tries, provided that you take down one skulldozer each time.
Oh, yeah, I almost forgot - do you need to modify your AK? While high stability negates recoil, basic rifle would require shooting in series rather than full auto. But still, it's possible.

Ending
