Report a translation problem
I'm not sure this is in my power to prevent, although now that I am active again I'll spend a few days working on it, hopefully end the bug.
Empty, empty promise though, because it may not actually be able to be fixed without some workaround or more of a load on the end user's part. (By that, I mean that so far the only major functional difference between this shout and the slow time is the magnitude of "slow time". It might be the game engine limitations itself.)
(Obviously someone more comptent than me could fix this easily, but I'm not that more comptent person.)
This is, however, my responsiblity and I'm sorry for those negatively affected, as while this is a minor bug, in some circumstances there might not be any workarounds, forcing the end user to load a previous save, losing all progress they might have had.

Yes and no. I'd have to recreate the mod to fit on console (and the other mod it's supposed to work with), but it's so small that it wouldn't be too much work. The main issue is to GET Skyrim Remastered so I can play around with the new tools.
