JoJo's Slow Time

Description
Basically changes the Slow Time shout to last 3, 5, or 9 seconds respectively. The changes the cooldown and changes the magnitude.
(It's kinda OP now, but also now useful.)
(basically time slows a lot more)
Does not have the sound attached to it.
I can't effects and sound so here's a glorious mod from another man. (heavily recommend this)
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/66200/?
(seperate mod, not made by me.)
Future versions may include dynamic effects like shortened cooldown time if you're a vampire (If so, it would be a global effect.).
What's great, is that the stand's abilities and effects are written bright as day by the author. Expect two to three more updates.
This is a mod that was made in like a minute, max. Take that as you will.
It was also made in a lack of JoJo mods. Still waiting for the glorious Stand mod.

Update 2: A bug with the mod mentioned above makes the Slow Time shout last way longer than it should (like a minute or something, it's like the timer is also being slowed down aswell.). I think if you load this mod after that one, then the shout should work properly. I'm going to update the magnitude as well, dissapointed with how fast everything still is.
Update 3:
Unforutunally, the engine in Skyrim doesn't exactly allow for time stop effects. (despite how the monk guy in the Mage's Guild questline did it.)
The only way to do the time stop thing, was to basically just slow down time a lot. Problem is, it only goes down to a magnitude of 0.01. (which is the third word of power ability.)
I don't know if this is a feature in SKSE to slow it down even further, but SKSE is currently beyond my abilities.
I can't make it slower, so the mod in terms of features is discontinued, but I will try to fix any bugs and assess any problems with this mod.

Update 4: The Return;
I've decided that I would try to iron this darn thing out more. Random updates and testing ahead!
Hopefully the next feature is for stop time to STOP TIME. I'll rename the shout once more to something to stop the lore killing.
Also: This mod has reached to where I am comfy with it. I'll probably come back to touch upon it to add a few features, but just like update three, it's done, but now it's better.

Known Bugs:
When used with the mod above, rarely the game will stay stuck in Time Stop. I have no fix for this, nor do I know how to fix this. I believe simply using the wait command will "shake" off the effect.

I have this mod and the za waurdo mod but when I use the shout my character moves super slow is their a way to fix this?

I don't think there is a fix. All mods that involve stopping time always break after a while of playing.

A incredible amount of people have been reporting a certain bug where time will stop forever.
I'm not sure this is in my power to prevent, although now that I am active again I'll spend a few days working on it, hopefully end the bug.
Empty, empty promise though, because it may not actually be able to be fixed without some workaround or more of a load on the end user's part. (By that, I mean that so far the only major functional difference between this shout and the slow time is the magnitude of "slow time". It might be the game engine limitations itself.)
(Obviously someone more comptent than me could fix this easily, but I'm not that more comptent person.)
This is, however, my responsiblity and I'm sorry for those negatively affected, as while this is a minor bug, in some circumstances there might not be any workarounds, forcing the end user to load a previous save, losing all progress they might have had.

Press the subscribe button and download the link in the description. Load this mod AFTER the mod in the description.

Yes and no. I'd have to recreate the mod to fit on console (and the other mod it's supposed to work with), but it's so small that it wouldn't be too much work. The main issue is to GET Skyrim Remastered so I can play around with the new tools.

Is it possible for this to be put on console?
