Sorry but I haven't been working on this as I've been very busy with other things, some of which are related to this mod. I've actually done a bit of work converting this over to Skyrim SE with some pretty good results. Most future updates will likely hit Skyrim SE.

Missed my update deadline! Sorry about that but I've been adding a lot of features and testing as well.

Here's what there is to look forward to in the next update:

New extensions to the Skyrim perk trees adding perk systems for The Order Of Aetherial Artistry, The Order Of The Aerth Mother, The Order Of The Night Witch, The Order Of The Life Well and The Order Of The East Moon Heavens and a perk tree for Elementalists all taken from the book(s).

In the new system, in order to aquire any of the spells of the corresponding orders, you must take the perks in the corresponding tree. New spells are awarded at new perk levels so you don't have to go out and hunt down spell books in the cold reaches of Skyrim. This will be available in the next update.

Planned in upcoming updates are NPCs crafted from the existing characters of the book(s) as followers or quest givers. The Sanctum (not to be confused with another Mod of the same name not taken from the books that I know of) will include a new world area in the Mid Space plane where the player can teleport to as well as Mila's manor in Alivale and possibly the West View, Sharlesbury, Alivale and the Haven area from the second book. These are the goals. Progression in the Order Of The Night Wytch requires a test issued by Thara in the form of a quest.

I released this mod as a sort of Halloween gift to celebrate the Witching hour in the style of A Lady's Prerogative.

This is basically a simple set of mods that I, the author of the book A Lady's Prerogative I and the soon to be released sequel have created for play in the world of Skyrim based upon the setting of my books of the same name.

This release adds several new spells that are from the Order Of The Night Wytch.

No DLCs or addons required.

A Lady's Prerogative is a book I wrote that is really about a group of Women who become involved in a school of magic and Wytch craft which is used as a front to train candidates who protect humanity from the other dangers that lurk in the multi-planed worlds centered around ours, which is known simply as The Prime while our world is simply known as Aerth. The first book introduces us to three Women, whose mentor is kidnapped during a yearly party they have for each other. They must unite and learn to work together, using their abilities to first find and rescue her.

The order is based around a headquarters which is aptly named: The Sanctum. This base of operations takes on the appearances of an ancient castle mixing the design elements of many cultures from the Prime. The Sanctum is represented by many cultures (and genders) from the Prime making it very similar to the United Nations though it takes a more direct role in some matters related to security. It has a similar system of management and hierarchy where members have voting rights and veto power.

The mod itself requires no special addons and should work with Skyrim without any dependencies on DLCs or other content.

The Skyrim mod is broken down into several esp files each of which represent an aspect of the world of A Lady's Prerogative.

The first to be released is called the Thaumaturgy mod (ALP_THAUMATURGY.esp) which adds aspects of the weave from several orders of A Lady's Prerogative into Skyrim.

In the first version I've included the spell lore from the Order Of The Night Wytch.

The first spells available in the Thaumaturgy mod are as follows:

Order Of The Night Wytch

The Order Of The Night Wytch are an Order who operate using spells which conceal their presence and give them great tactical advantages by their stealth. They also are capable of summoning powerful creatures from the Shadow Planes to do battle for them. When they are first initiated into the order they learn to summon their first creature from the Shadow Plane. This is called their sentinel familiar and protector. It will be with them for the rest of their life whenever they summon it. The two form a bond and as a result they share their senses with each other.

Order Of Aetherial Artistry

Spells of this order are cast and derived from artistic works. Either those the caster has created themselves or based upon historical works. Mila Rendebelle is considered the originator of this form of the weave in the world of A Lady's Prerogative though by the third book it will include other new members. It is mostly based in illusion but combines the other schools of magic on occasion.

Order Of The Aerth Mother

This is the naturalist Order of the Sanctum. They thrive on protecting the wilds of the Aerth and its living creatures. They have the inherent ability to speak with animals and can summon and transform them to assist Wytches of the Order in combat. They are also capable of manipulating the forces of nature to a small degree locally.

Order Of The Life Well

The Wytches of this Order are the healers of the Sanctum. The heal the wounded during battles and provide healing services to a variety of beings from the Planes. Their souce of magic is called the Life Well, a plane of pure light and energy. This fuels their body while their healing and defensive powers are drawn directly from their own health and stamina. The healers of this order are most often centered souls who've mastered their feelings and acquired empathy and compassion. After healing their patients they sometimes retain a link with them that can be a difficult bond to break. For this reason they require the most consideration with regard to their health and well being.

Power

Life Well Source

This is the most important ability of the Life Wytch because this creates the link between them and the Life Well, fuelling their health and stamina regeneration rate so they can cast their spells without becoming too weak. While connected to the Life Well Source the Wytch emits a brilliant light drawn from the plane. In this state they are more visible and vulnerable getting a steep penalty to stealth checks.
