Alexander, no settlement garrisons

The villages and small cities Alexander crossed on his campaign were very likely to yield themselves rather than fight. Also Alexander couldn't just garrison every captured settlement without reducing his own troops.

This add-on for Alexander the Great Campaign makes that there no garrison armies in settlements. Just to make a faster advance for both sides.
