Permanent familiar

Description
This mod adds a permanent familiar to skyrim.
The spelltome can be found at the Talos statue in Whiterun.

Note that the familiar is supposed to be a companion, he is not suppossed to be a badass in a fight.
Also note that the familiar can't die.

By request there is now a non-invicible version of the familiar. the spelltome for this familiar can be found at the same location as the invicible version.

I actually didn't mind that haha, at least im not tripping over it like i am my follower :P

The familiar seems to only be able to be in the area it was spawned. In other words, it can't come with me when I enter a building, cave, town, etc. It's a great idea though, I've always wanted a permanent familiar, so good thinking :)
