Status: Built

200 Park Avenue was built in 1960-63 as the Pan Am Building. Today it is known as the MetLife Building and is one of the most recognized buildings in New York City.

Well i hope it will be sooner but every time I say "soon" it takes longer than planed, so im just trying to give a wider range of time for things to work out.

I am planing on updating this set, ill make sure to add a more relistic roof, and of course an actual LOD, this should hopefully help with preformance issues. hopefully I will be able to complete it in the coming months.

this set needs an update to the top with real hvac system and etc... because with Snowfall its a joke. ><
