This is the new version for the mod

Adds 19 new perks for Shouts. (Balanced for the legendary difficulty)

doesn't work shouts don't increase speech at all making the mod useless

This is what you should spend the abundance of souls on, cool stuff like this and respec perk trees in Apocrypha.

Subscribing now, but I am wondering if this is compatible with Truly You Are Dragonborn or other mods that might reduce shout cool-downs?
