A very simple idea, based on the Demoman's sticky pad he has under his crotch plate. Now you can wear it too! This will also work for women's underwear, I just don't have the confidence to take a woman's crotch into Photoshop because I'm lame, and if someone were to find me, it would look very wrong. The full size is 19 X 19 inches. I did not take the texture from the actual game, I drew this myself.
