I use Flash 8 to animate. I have no idea where to buy it nowadays

~How do you draw?~
I use a Cintiq 22 HD from Wacom ($1,800)

~Where do you get sound effects?~
Various YouTube videos, some custom made, plenty from videos games (mostly L4D2)
